AI quality lead

Designs and runs the conversation testing. Writes the reports.

15 years in software quality: building test strategies, leading test teams, owning test budgets and introducing test automation, mostly in regulated industries. Has also run delivery and project portfolios beyond testing, so findings come with a realistic view of what a product team can fix and when.

Led the conversation testing of an AI companion for older adults before its launch, and built the PROBE method from that work.

Test automation architect

Leads our test automation services, and will build PROBE Guard, our automated regression service.

10 years in test automation for web applications and API services, mostly in regulated industries. Has built test frameworks from scratch, turned flaky front-end suites into stable ones, and trained in-house testers to write and own their automated tests.

Designs suites that run fast, are easy to start for people who aren’t automation specialists, and stay cheap to maintain. Also does the classic test work: scope analysis, manual testing of new features and test reports.

How we split the work

Our AI quality lead runs Snapshots and Audits end to end, from personas to the PROBE Score and the report.

Our test automation architect leads our test automation services: test automation foundations, flaky test rescue, strategy reviews together with our AI quality lead, and training. Our architect will also build PROBE Guard, which will run your frozen probes automatically on every release.

Whoever did the work is the person you talk to about it.

Where we are

We’re based in Poland, in the European Union, and work in English every day.

Our working day is on Central European Time. Our afternoons overlap with mornings on the US East Coast, and the UK is one hour behind us, so calls are easy to schedule.
